At Fat Bagels, John Conley has turned back to his roots, offering true New York kettle-boiled bagels with a few Jewish deli staples like matzo ball soup and pastrami sandwiches thrown in for good measure. Everything in the kitchen is made from scratch and cooked using classic “old school” bagel equipment.
John Conley requested a new website for his new restaurant. Fat Bagels was still under development and John asked for a site launch in about four weeks. We agreed to launch a simpler version of the site to correspond with the restaurant launch and then add more features afterwards. After receiving notes and a logo graphic, INDIGO8 was able to produce a solid site preview in just two weeks. We created whimsical look with animations and stock photography and launched on time. We’ve since added actual photography and updated content.
