At Fat Bagels, John Conley has turned back to his roots, offering true New York kettle-boiled bagels with a few Jewish deli staples like matzo ball soup and pastrami sandwiches thrown in for good measure. Everything in the kitchen is made from scratch and cooked using classic “old school” bagel equipment.

The Project
Fat Bagels was still under development when John Conley asked for a new site in just four weeks. We agreed to launch a simpler version of the site to correspond with the restaurant launch and then add more features afterwards. After receiving notes and a logo graphic, INDIGO8 was able to produce a solid site preview in just two weeks. We created a whimsical look with animations and stock photography and met the deadline. We’ve since added actual photography and updated content.
